Some parts impressed, others didn’t

The spacious room offered a large, soft bed with clean sheets and a kettle for coffee. The reception staff were kind and responsive to our questions.

Limited dining options meant we had to seek food elsewhere. Finding parking was tricky, especially for larger vehicles.

Our stay was marred by numerous issues. While the hotel advertised 24/7 availability for guest services, my requests often went unanswered or were met with dismissive responses. Additionally, the breakfast options were disappointing and lacked variety, as some items I expected were simply unavailable without prior notice.

Juicy watermelon, sweet pineapple—it felt like a tropical paradise! Plus, the hotel was clean, and breakfast was a satisfying spread that hit the spot every morning.

Now for the cheeky critique, the air conditioning decided to throw in the towel, leaving us with stuffy air, and the only fix offered was to crack open the windows. Not ideal with noisy street traffic and kiddos who were curious about the outside. Housekeeping? Let’s just say our towels took a vacation too, as they never got changed during our stay.

The breakfast on the outdoor terrace offered great views and the quality of the food was outstanding, with a good variety that changed each day.

The hotel lacks a clear and visible sign for their parking area, which is located in the basement, making it difficult to find upon arrival.

My stay was very nice! The spacious Standard Double Room I booked was equipped with a kettle, which allowed me to enjoy my favorite hot beverages in the comfort of my room. The breakfast spread was a good surprise, served on a terrace with lovely city views that made every bite enjoyable!

Room cleanliness was top-notch staff were professional and friendly. Location was convenient with easy access to restaurants and shops. Breakfast had a good variety and was always fresh (even saw them preparing it).

Nothing, it is perfect.

The staff consistently provided friendly service, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including cooked eggs, which were a favorite. The room, while a little tight, was still a good value. However, the cleaning staff's limited English communication made interactions a bit challenging, and the basement parking was hard to locate initially. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience with some room for improvement.

Fantastic breakfast! The fitness center is great, and the sauna was a relaxing treat after a long day. My room had a flat-screen TV, minibar, and a super comfy bed with slippers. I loved the balcony view and the personal trainer was an added bonus. Very clean and a good price for what you get.
